Hello I'm participating in adidas contest. the main prize is 1000 PLN in cash and adidas accesories worth 3000 PLN. I'd be very grateful if you register on this site http://www.freestyle.pl/originals/ranking/id,16733/Adidas-Freestyle-Originals.html and vote for my pic. Registration is when you click "Glosuj!Zostan fanem". then you'll see places to fill:
imie - name
nazwisko - surname
adres email - email
telefon komorkowy - phone number (don't have to fill)
haslo - password
potwiedz haslo - confirm password
data urodzenia - birth date
pare slow o sobie - a few words about you
plec - sex
at the end accept 3 rows and click "zarejestruj sie" then you'll get confirmation on your e-mail and you can vote on my video ie "Glosuj!zostan fanem!"

If You vote on Adidas Originals Video Contest You can use that login.

or
click Adidas Ad on the right side website. then click Ranking and there will be my pic.
If You are still doesn`t log click "Zaloguj" at the top and write Your login and password.
