Put some adverts on the sides. If you don't want to piss off users that don't have the ad-block addon, make them only visable to non-members.
And then use the money produced from the ads to fund better things for the forum.

Oh and I think the jump to video section doesn't work properly.

Yes, actually I wouldn't mind if there was like one advert at the main page.. However I think a lot of people would mind, so I don't know.
Maybe like L_I_S said only for non-members. And then we might get more members because you can "attract" people by saying that if you're a member, there won't be any ads. For example a lot of free apps on the app store have ads, and the paid version with more features doesn't have ads at all. Good idea L_I_S.

I've been thinking and so once Adi has made me a mod again i'll open a new section where you guys can play around. The rest of the forum should go back to what it once was.. everyone agree?

 back in the days, the moderators were competent enough to understand things like this themselves
