I watch your juggling tutorial over and over, but I just can't do it. I don't understand, it looks so easy.

It is practice. Everything is explained in the tutorial. Juggle with your big toes ;)
And how exactly do I do that with sneakers on.

He's not going to help you if you don't even try. And 99% of freestylers use indoors or have you not noticed that? Those shoes are flat at the top making juggling much easier than with curved toe sneakers.
