too much bad vibes in prague this year

I don't think so, everyone is still friends. Also the good vibes outbalanced the bad vibes, this and Gunthers situation was just part of the competition. Made it more exciting and created a competitive atmosphere :)

wow people are shittier and more and more hypocrite . and all that for absolutely no strong reason, and trying to force a conclusion even when they know it isn't so, it isn't true.

anyway... about whole prague thing: some days ago i stated some opinions, complex ones about more than one aspect of this whole competition (although, many don't know for sure what it was, comp. or meeting with fancy name ??!!) to start with the begginning i did all those remarks exactly because i've really been into it, even though i wasn't there, i was really excited about this comp. an really wanted to find videos and news about what's happening there as soon as possible. I've been more atracted by a FS comp than ever.. don't know exactly why. anyway I praised many things about it ! is was awesome... just some disapointments about fresh news, and low reactions.
I've been pointed down on this forum for some opinions, just because i wasn't there.
Lucaso posted a really good post saying a lot of things, most of them I agree with, and appreciated that he admitted his mistakes for some bad parts of the whole thing.
But, still If you want to make it a world champs as you call it, paying for the judges becomes first priority. some other shmuck said i'm greedy or something because i think only at money or stuff like that, but in a normal society, and collaborations between people, when you ask someone for their services, as part of your event or whatever, than you really should repay them in some way. I mean, what if you were engaged by a firm company, or some guy who organizes an even in the park, to do a FS LP for them just like that with no money, how would that be? not just oncew.. but all the times by every company you could work with... you might say "oh, fuck you AL, you don't know that I actually did perform some time without getting paid, people do that" well OK you 'good samaritean' maybe you did many did, but come on a few times to make your image bigger at the beginning, but in the end you will always ask for money or other reward for you performing at that guys event and so, contributing  to image and quality of that event.

""  Battles are mainly about to show something new in every single round. Not to do only great stuff which everybody knows you can do properly but show some more variety and creativity "" lucaso said

i really don't agree with that. Are you serious? come on! nobody came to argue with that ? One battle should stand for it self. there are 3 minutes each does his 30 sec round, and the one who's better wins! that's how it should be! I could do the same exact shit in every battle until the final, IF I am better than what my oponent did in every one of those battles then I shoulg definately go through! If anyone thinks things shouldn't be like this then it's really crazy! and sad. and if a competition at this level would go through any other way than this way, than it is shit, and I wouldn't want to be a part of that competition.

Dan the man posted here a topic, asking for the battle between those guys calling it the "grudge battle" , and by doing this, and by the comentary he posted later on about the situation, it's clear that he is pretty excited and interested about this whole thing, wright ? He would say that "it was honestly the coolest thing ive ever witnessed" and "It's ok if it was a head to head battle" so doing some cocky gesture in a battel, or competition, things that would pretty much mean trying to own someone is cool and interesting, and spices up things in such contests and he would like.
Hey man, I totally agree with him ! but guess what, some days ago his opinion was quite opposite different!

wow AL you speak SOOOOOOOOOOO much shit it is unbelievable. that was insanely boring to read, so just the first thing i wanna say is can you try and break up your huge blocks of text in the future?

now for the actual argument, i would say Dan completely overhyped this. It was nowhere near as exciting as he made out and the way it has been phrased shows Clem in a bad light. Not fair whatsoever, all Clem did was initiate some form of minor rivalry to make the battle more interesting (the guy has a bboy background so unlike a lot of freestylers, he actually knows how to BATTLE. Too many people just did 30 seconds of a show in each round, there is no way it should be like that.

as for the updates, YOU try being at the world championships with 130 other freestylers and trying to take time out just to update others on whats going on...its ANNOYING. it isnt fun. i tried to write one post per day but there was only wireless in the lobby in the hotel and believe it or not when you're at the world champs in prague, u dont wanna be sitting on your laptop all day!

finally, money situation...here i think you are just plain stupid. do you have some kind of retarded understanding of the current awareness freestyle has? seems you do. Freestyle is not yet at a stage where huge sponsorship (enough to pay judges etc) is possible. The only way it is possible is to immensely commercialise the sport, which is what has been done for Kuala Lumpur. If prague had that kind of commercialisation, it would lose all its atmosphere, community spirit and it would all just be money money money...but hey, all you seem to care about is money right?

WTF - and you've been made admin... pfff.. and you all(all meaning some 4-5 guys) started a few weeks ago to cry about the comunity and the energy of freestyle world and especcially about this forum, thinking how to boost it up and make people comment more and interact more with others in here... but now all you do is diss others when they decently comment about things just because they don't agree with you or criticise some action that you took part of .. YEAH.. some admin ?! And the way you do it... because all that bothers me is the fact that you insulted me calling me stupid and that i have "retarded understanding of things" .

It's clearly that you were just pissed of cause i critisized an event where you were involved being in great relashionship with the guys there, and ina way it's understandable when you're part of something, even if it has down points you really don't want to point them out because overall you had great time and shit...

And again about the comunity - already one day from my post - and there was atleast one thing really not reffering to a person, but to the way a battle freestyle competition should be judged about that crap about having to do new stuff every battle - and almost no reactions, i mean realy opinions, with arguments sustaining a cause or an idea . So many users in here and shit almost no posts just pointless shitty silly ones about unimportant things .....

You ethan didn't say anything about that. you just wanted to point me down saying it was so boring to read, and that i talk so much shit... I really think it wasn't shit at all - and again I would like as some of the 5000 members this forum has, to express their opinions about stuff that is commented in here... but they're most of them opinionless . just like one forum in Romania, I started an argument based on facts and events, and shitty guys stayed low and didn't comment just because they didn't want to show their oposite opinions than others, and they preferred to say nothing.

SO yeah! way the go with boosting the comunity spirit ! it really works ! .. not..

well when there is genuine discussion to be had i care more about the quality of what's being posted than the quantity no?

The last post you made didnt argue with the points i made, because you know they are correct...as LIS said, you commented about commenting and not on the comment itself!

Me being an admin doesnt mean im here to boost comments or whatever, if you (or Adi) think that's what it''s all about then you are correct i shouldnt be an admin. All i wanna do is make valid posts to either help people, or to stop the ideas of people like you being read by new people coming into the community, because you are entirely wrong.

Seems to me that you're just jealous you couldnt be a part of the event, so get over it.

You're criticising the forum for not enough posts or whatever, well how about you come and start making some good posts? so far the posts youve made in the last week or so have been pure criticism. believe it or not, people dont really like reading pure criticism...

so many people from this forum were in Prague, so why would they post discussions here when they can discuss everything in person together with all the other big names who were there?

Imagine the Gunther situation: Should he have said to Sean: Hey, let's take our laptops and discuss this on BF?

And about paying the judges: that won't release them from having to make tough decisions. You think everything is so easy, organizing a cheap hotel, a highly qualified jury and a wide area for the event, with your size of posts you should thank him in two pages of posts first before you start criticizing anything.

Anyway boosting the community probably works better in a meeting like Prague than in this forum, and if you want to be in in all discussions, maybe just go there next time, Mr Saxobeat.

AL its obvious you're just sad and jealous that u weren't in Prague, you're searching for bad things about Prague just to comfort yourself. About infos from Prague, everyone was posting them on facebook. Everyone was posting their groups, battles, did they go through or no. Miran posted pictures of groups and whole competition schedule with battes, S3 had live updates on twitter, Ethan was posting infos here from time to time, there were vids everyday on JelinekFS channel, all battles are uploaded now. What more do u want? If u searched a bit instead of complaining here you would know everything u wanted.
