i agree with biyan0 - when andrew does lowers - the style doesn't look very efficient to me - for example he lifts his feet chest high - and not necessarily doing something hard - but basic transitions too - comparing this final to polish grassroots final - i like the latter one much more
and +1 to azun for trolling whetton  :grin:

Why? He stated a good point. What andrew has to work on is to not run all over the place, because some stages are small like the one in prague. But yeah i agree andrew is such a beast i loved watching him in prague and i definitely want to watch him again. Would love to see him battling michryc or szymo. Dunno who would win.

Stop talking shit about AH having bad style, he is the best freestyler in the world right now, if you dont accept that its cuz you havent seen him in person, also, John whetton had been great all day long making hardly no mistakes in all his previous rounds and doing alot of hard/different stuff and thats why he got to the final, then the nerves/pressure got to him which is completely understandable because very few freestylers would keep there cool in a final against andrew.

AH is hardcore in his own way, and the kind of tricks he does requires him to move around. besides, he is tall and broad so his range of motion automatically expands.
The thing you are saying is similar to what people first said about skora having a bad style, but to explore new things a little compromise has to be made. Anyway, i dont agree that AH has less control... to do such things on stage tells a lot about his control.

agreed, i didnt take your comment personally, i know exactly what you meant by it...

no one is wrong about andrew, his style is wierd/different i even say that to him myself and i think he will agree in some ways.... buttt i think it adds an element of surprise into his freestyle... he has soooo much more aswell, those who have met him will know and see how creative he is and when people do meet him, he will still shock you with what else he can do.... Definately want to see him battle a crazy freestyler like luki szymo michryc

Tbc i have never said andrew has a shit style. And who are you to tell me that this is similar to people saying skora has a bad style? Cant remember you being around that time. Yes andrew is amazing and i love his freestyle but there is one thing he has to work on and i know he will improve on this.
