When to start nt's?
« on: May 28, 2011, 06:08: AM »
just a quick question. alot of fsers say that you should always do basics first and don't rush into nts. i agree, but when is it time to actually start training no touch stuff? thanks in advance! (:

what no touch stuff? co-htw nt is a simple no touch, co-atw nt as well. I'm no pro but I did co-atw and co matw nt after getting 2 amatws. You probably remember don't you jerry? Haha and I wasted a lot of time just working on strong foot because as soon as I started working on weak, in about 2 weeks or so I had gotten tatw-amatw nt, so imo start working on weak foot early!

I think its good to start learning nt when you can do 25 or 30 move combos easily. Well atleast thats my goal for nt :P

There's no rule..but it's preferable that you start after you've mastered the basics.
Some people choose to start off with learning ahmatw while others start with matw nt. You can take any path you want.

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

As soon as you feel ready for them..sometimes it`s mental.. you can feel you're gonna land it..but master weak foot first, of course
