1. how long do you fs
2. and how much do you fs per day?

i know people ask those questions very often lol, but anyway.. you seem like a good improver who should get more recognition eventually imo

I'm not really good improver. I start my fs in september 2009,but at the beginning i had pain in my knee during 8 months,so i could't train in full power:) i'd like to train all day long,but my university and friends,and...laziness haha and as you can see i spend much time improving my weak foot...my left foot:)
