Good riddance! Let's hope this is a start to many good things. Hopefully the middle east can rebuild itself and rid its region from terrorism. Egypt is on the right path and hopefully more willing countries will make forward strides. I'm not saying everyone has to change like Egypt, but if their people want the change they should be able to make it happen.

It's silly to believe this will be the end of terrorism, but it sure makes us feel better. Finally some news the whole world can celebrate. Hopefully a plan of action can be made to help rid the world of terrorism. Obamas tactical approach is a good start. Certainly much better than Bushs anger tantrum and subsequent bombing of mountains.

there have been extremists 1400 years ago and there will always be extremists. that's how it is.

It's not a matter of you not caring if he's dead, you should be glad he's dead.  It doesn't matter what you think about the effect this will have on slowing down terrorism.  It's about this man being dead and paying for his actions.  Each time a terrorist is killed our caught, it's a good thing.  We won't stop terrorism but we should try to catch and punish as many as possible.   I also don't think think terrorism has been fought this way before.  Obama and other leaders are fighting terrorsim and are doing it in a new way - more strategic and tactical rather than simply bombing mountains like Bush did.  When Hitler died, Nazis wen't away.  While I don't think terrorist will go away with this, I hope it sends a message and puts on on the right track to somehow limiting terrorism.

I heard that they quickly got rid of the body. I find that strange. Why would you put so much effort into finding someone and then have their remains destroyed so quickly? Remember that building that fell down on 9/11..you know, the one that didn't get hit by anything and magically fell right down?
