Concrete vs Grass?
« on: Apr 12, 2008, 06:54: AM »
i used to practise on grass in my football boots for the last year and i had trouble doing anything too complicated eg lower body combos etc..
then last week i went on concrete with my runners and discovered i was actually far better LOL
i started nailing harder combos easier (well, easy combos for you guys, hard for me :P  )  and it was generally easier

do u guys have the same thoughts?
and BTW if anyone else practses on grass get to the concrete NOWWWWWWWWWw

LOL thanks

Gravel, concrete and this rubber type of surface. Anything slippery such as grass is out of the question, tried it today actually took me about 20 tries to nail a freakin new shit what a bloody joke
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation
I was going to be there...but now I'm not going to be there

concrete for me, but sometimes i freestyle for a while on grass since its better for your knees and ancles and feels different (only on dry grass)

Try flat gravel. Easy for knees and ancles but almost exactly same feeling as concrete.

ill try it if i can find it somewhere  :dontknow: but i always practise in my garage or on the road in front of my house. luckily i live next to the footballclub so i practise there too sometimes (or on the handballpitch)
