Long history short.

They thinking they found the cure for cancer and test that on people. But after some weeks they are getting sick and turning into zombies/monsters. And they are infecting everyone else in newyork.

Only one person is imun against that epedemi.. so hes left alone in the whole new york..

pretty much like that.
