injured?
« on: Apr 08, 2008, 10:55: PM »
Aight so I've been injured for about a month and haven't been able to practise.. I've tried several methods to recover, all kinds of rehab programs like ultrasound, some electric radiation shit etc etc.. nothing worked.. I was pissed and desperate for new methods, so I decided to try sumthin new.. I tried... Acupuntcure..

I was amazed, it really does works..  :rockit:
so what I'm saying is, if you've strained a muscle or got cramps that won't dissapear, try it out, it might actually work

acupuncture is good for muscle/tendon damage... if its a sprain of heavy injury...acupuncture sometimes can make it worse...so depending on the injury and where it is to what muscle/tendon/bone/ligament etc etc...it will depend
