It really works good for me :)
You only need a 15-45 minutes a day. Off course it depends how much stamina you have from before.
If you have really bad stamina just start with a 15 minute jogging session. And then you can increase the length as the stamina improves.
Put on your favourite songs on the iPod/MP3 player and start jogging. The music will help you through the session.

i eat for example , pasta which usually does the trick ( because its high in carbs, which means more energy) and i think the harder and more you train, the more stamina u will build anyway!

Energy drinks are rich in sugar, which is a "fast carb", which is best suited for post-training.  :Woot_Emoticon:

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Do not listen to this guy. Energy drinks are absolutely horrible for you. Always avoid energy drinks when exercising. They're not going to kill you. But many of these increasingly popular drinks contain significant amounts of caffeine, which can make you jittery and cause insomnia, as well as loads of sugar, which nobody needs.

Yes I want to be a fitness trainer when I am older and from what I have learned you should always choose water to hydrate. Good job man :PDT_Armataz_01_37:

haha. i think the best way to get better in stamina is just to practice until your very last breath, until the point where you really cant move your legs. and also have a lot of breaks
