yes, I did, but I'm not sure if I understood everything that you explained, I'm not sure if you said anything about stamina, did you?

anyway, thanks everyone else. I will be eating alot of pasta, bread, energy drinks, energy bars & bananas! lol. I'll also practice in gaps.

energy drinks are not good - you may get addicted to them since once they boost up your energy level - you want it every time
besides they are rich in sugar, and bad for heart

Maybe if they were completely understandable, people wouldn't ask additional questions. ;)
