-Use a mirror
-Make sure your body stance on weak SH is the same as strong SH. If they are different, that's probably your problem.
-Is the ball on the exact opposite of the strong SH?
hi, i've got exactly the same problem, & need help.
when you say use a mirror, do i use a big sized mirror, like, for example, so i can see from my head down to my weist, or bigger, so i can see all of my body, or just need to see chest upwards?
also, im not bad at doing strong SHS from rolling it from my head stall, but can't get it from throwing it up or footstall. any advice/help?
