I come from Germany Cologne! But good weather isn´t in Germany (Frankfurt)! And Frankfurt is very expensive...  (Hotels, Eating...&&&) and Ryanair is cheap but Frankfurt Airport is very far from the City!

Better City is:
 
Barcelona  :great: (Cheap Flying - Ryanair / good Hotels & Hostels / good weather / Beach.. &&&

Italy (good weather)

Warsaw-Poland (a lot of Freestyler)
