Hey Alex im going to the meet for sure now, if theres still gonna be a comp. just got my schedule and I am done on June 20th and i;ll be in DC. Are we still doing that freestyle house thing ? Bcuz it just makes alot more sense for me to take a Train from DC to Boston and stay there a couple days early than for me to go back all the way to Toronto and go to Boston few days after . One suggestion- I think many people will want to go to the Boston meet, but many less would want to (or be able to) spend a week in Cape cod. I think it would make more sense to make the actual meet in Boston for at least the weekend, which would give sufficient time to the people who have long travels to get there but aren't planning on going to Cape Cod. This would affect my decision, and probably the decisions of several others. Btw- do you have an update on the competition?

I will be able to go to Boston 100%, but I don't think I can spend another week anywhere else except Seattle sorry. GRE and undergrad research madness.

i know that Jaime Magnet will come and stay with me from 20-25 from what i understood and then we leave for boston - unless you wanna come and meet Magnet and me - then yea.. i guess ..- if you come with other lads from california - you can stay here for cheap imo ..

regarding comp things are not clear to me at the moment

i had hard time finding sponsors for this thing - thats one problem
another - is judges and the number of people coming (at the moment we have around 20 people expected to come - which is still not many tbh)
any suggestions for judges, american, canadian fsers (write 5 plz - we need 3 at least i believe)? or do we need a comp anyway? do you wanna make it as amsterdam meet - no comp first time?

regarding the cape meet.. some people are saying are coming earlier, some are coming only for the weekend, some are gonna stay longer
this is all confusing
i called several house trying to make the freestyle house thing working, most of the time its either too expensive or people are not gonna let us stay for less than 2 weeks
i called motels.. they need to know how many people are coming
so far i dont understand how many are coming, when

we can make a meet happen, get people together on 25th of june, one day in boston, then those who wanna come to cape can go their for sunday and even stay longer
i need to know who plans to do that

the thing is - that those who want to come earlier - you can fs with me and magnet if he still thinks of coming even though there will be no comp apparently (note: unless i get people to sponsor it ofc)
i'll keep looking for solutions and hopefully we have a meet

ok so from what i understand so far Magnet is coming on 20th of june to my place
i pmed him on facebook asking whether he is still coming  and when exactly
Alex, what Danny are you talking about, Danny from NJ or from NYC?
if you both come, i told Magnet he can stay at mine, but i am not sure if i may host you guys too - unless my host fam says ok
anyway motels here are cheap, or i may ask my neighbors - cause they have a 2nd house down my street
but their son lives there right now - he is a fat ugly son of a bitch and also a drug addict - so i may report him to cops - the house will be free - and then my neighbors let you boys stay there - cause i am like super nice to them and even went to church with them couple of times haha - i am not even protestant..

i think we should do saturday and sunday in boston,  i dont want to fly al the way across the country for just one day but i dont think i could afford much more than a couple days over there so I think for me the cape cod house isnt an option.  and regarding a competition,  i dont mind if there isnt one.  like you said we oculd do the first one without one and try to figure something out for next year.  I definitely want to come for the weekend though
