U.S Meet?

Try and get as much attention to this as possible guys, would be sick to finally have a meet in the u.s

well as i said i am looking for sponsors
and in our case everything is sorta interconnected - the more people come - the more chances the competition will happen - which will attract audience and the sponsors can promote their product quite well at an event like this with a big crowd
plz if you consider coming - put you name and add may be - write what is bothering you, i.e. distance, plain tickets etc

one of the biggest goals i am setting - is to get money for the competition - primarily for european judges - and i mean big names
i am not going to tell you who i have in mind - because i am still working and can't say anything for sure
however - that means another good thing about this meet - you aren't gonna meet just some american boys - but also 2-3 big european fsers

because you gotta understand - when i am going to contact the potential sponsor - i have to give them some sort of a business plan - an outline for the event, including how many people are coming

it's not gonna work - if i only know about 10-15 fsers coming and than in june suddenly you will start saying - 'oh yeah lets do it' - that'll be too late
i need to know who is coming now (for sure or may be)
the last date to register is the middle of march - you have ONE MONTH to think

hey , this is Jaime " Magnet" from Toronto, Canada. here is the deal with me. Im probably going to b working down in the states freestyling from late may to the beggining of July or so . i would need to know aound when do you guys want to have the meet? . the later the better for me . because i wouldnt know which city in America i would b in around the time of the meeting.  if its after my contract is done and i am back in Toronto i would 100% make the trip back to Boston for the meet unless an emergency comes up. I am down for the freestyle house idea aswell. I am mostly in love with this idea bcuz our levels in freestyle are going to sky rocket by all the other freestylers we see and the amount of training thats going to be done there and previous to the date. If there is a freestyle competition freestylers are going to want to do good in it and train really hard until the date of the comp. theres no RBSS until 2012. So to any american/ canadian reading this , if you really love this sport plz try to put some effort into making this happen. for the MOTG world comp not a single North American freestyler was offered an invite . neither Avalos ( top 16 in RBSS) Angelo ( US Champ ) ecuabol nor myself( not saying i deserved one) . But i wanna show the rest of the freestyle world that North America also can be a freestyle continent. sry for the big wall of text

I've been talking to mendoza and we should change the meet day to the 23rd

We all meet up on the 23rd some time in the evening (thursday) so friday (the 24th) everyone is all together, so we have the entire rest of the meet dedicated to Freestyle

We should do the meets june 23rd-27th

about the date change - NO
the first day is june 25th
everything is based around the competition, which will be on saturday - a weekend - those who have to go home because of school or work can leave after that or on Sunday night - because Khoa wrote he will have some exams or something

but i agree with Alex17 - that making it longer is a good idea
after the Boston part - we are going to cape cod and we can stay for 2-3 days renting a house or staying in hotel - we'll discuss that a little later, if somebody wants to leave after that, and somebody wants to stay - that's fine - those who want to stay for like 4-5 days - can stay the rest of the time in my place i guess

how many people can come from california? - you were writing that there are other fsers except you
