Colored Training!

Not a racist topic.

Something interesting I came across today was in a book I found at the library. It was about how colors affect the way you
think/feel/respond to things. I thought I'd share it with you because it actually made a small but noticeable difference in my training.

Red: It often represents anger, large amounts of (red) causes you to pump out adrenaline and increases you mood/endurance/focus. Olympic athletes were given red shirts while others were given blue shirts, the red shirted athletes won 83% of the time compared to the 17% worn by the blue.

Yellow: Makes you happy!

Blue/green: Promote leisure, but if your looking for a more creative training, it inspires creativity.

Black: (2) effects - it will either put you in a sluggish almost depressed state. Or the positive is it will put you in a huge state of focus, although the studies go both ways with this color, you can focus more (depending on the person) if you wear some black.

The real deal here is the color red. I have 2 exact same balls (no homo) (adidas something) that I picked up from a sports authority. They both weight the same, have the same touch ect. One is red and the other is green. Green is my favorite color, so I always thought I did better with it. Actually, from the 493125340129 videos I have I noticed my combos (in uppers) are
longer/harder/faster then they are with the green ball.
With lowers, there's a huge style difference.

I don't know if it'll work for you guys, but try it out and you might see a little or huge difference.
