How do you deal with them?

I threw a chair and a bottle on the pitch and accused him of racism. All that did was get me banned for another 2 games.  :nopity:

hahahaha. i swore at one and got a yellow. then kicked some body on the back of his leg with my studs and gave the ref the greasy eye. then he didn't do shit

What exactly happened melbourne? Sucks to get banned for two games.

The ref once made a bad call on me and I cussed at him... not even that much, just said "What the fuck is that ref?!" and he gave me a straight red. I was supposed to sit out two games but got it reduced to one game.

Yes, it was unbelievable. They made NO-CUSSING a new rule and wanted to make an example of me I guess.

For college, a ref told us that ANY cussing will result in a red card. One of our team mates got nailed on a dirty challenge so he said "AH FUCK" and got a straight red. He didn't even say it loud... said it kinda quietly as he was on the ground.

Then one of their players got one as well for saying something. Refs just put themselves in a shitter when they claim they will give a red for cussing before the game even starts. Makes them have to give a red if one of the players hears it and points it out. It really ridiculous especially in an intense game.

has a ref ever been jumped...because we are an under 16 team, and I swear half of oour players would jump the ref if he red carded them for swearing. And they swear alot at the refs.

We pretty much had the reputation for being the bully boys of the league last season. They seem to be cracking down on roughness. I think that reputation reflected in the refs decisions every time we made contact with other players he called a foul. But what annoyed me most was when an opponent nearly broke one of our players leg and he ignored it like it didn't happen. I was already sent off on the bench.  We started cursing at him from the bench than I just started throwing items from the bench at him.

Once I headbutted another guys skull cus he kicked me and stuff, and the refree ofc didnt see anything except what I did. I was banned for some months lol.

But that's stupid about the no-cussing rule, you can't even show emotion. Just look at hockey, if you made that a rule then hockey would be boring cause they'd never swear at eachother or fight.
