you want honest....

I saw you posted on a video a few months ago that 'the video was great but it missed one thing..girls'. And i believe azun responded with an argument i entirely agree with. Why should you girls get more respect for achieving quite mediocre combos just because you are girls?

I think Indi and Kitti have proven that there is no reason girls can't accomplish very promising improvements...altatw, and tatw amatw nt combos. Therefore I believe if you train just as hard and productively as a fast improving male freestyler I don't see why the results cant be the same! if you don't agree, care to explain why? I am curious as to whether there is any reason a girl cant be as good, of course there is a strength element but the more you train the stronger you become so surely you will gain the muscles required?

It seems like you have changed your mentality now though :)

I don't know what other tips to give other than train longer and harder since that's what makes improvement.

Males seem to be able to reach their full strength potential easier than women, wich is a big issue and the reason for males generally being better at sports. Then again males also show more interests in sports.
Womens hips are wider than males, that could make a difference in freestyle I suppose..

But I don't see why females wouldn't be able to reach the level many guys are at today. You'll get there but it seems to be at a slower pace like in many physical sports for women unfortunatly.

I totally agree. However, men have different muscles than girls, which is probably why men are better suited for sports than women. It is nevertheless no reason to give girls extra credits because they have tits and pussy.

maybe ask Dr. G?
The nitrophosphate process (also known as the Odda process) was a method for the industrial production of nitrogen fertilizers invented by Erling Johnson in the city of Odda, Norway around 1927.
