Sorry for going crazy on uploading video guys 
The reason I'm not fond of this is because my upper level has dropped (as far as I can tell) a lot. This was the first time I trained them in a month and it was only for an hour. This is the best I got. I'm more into lower training now  . I won't be releasing any new videos February/March. Thanks for comments though.
