You don't have to! Linde will cut it out later! Just send the entire clip. Conversion makes the quality worse.

lol what if the clip is like 45minutes long? That'll be over 1GB of memory.

If you're going to convert or cut the video and don't want to lose quality, do a search..it's not that difficult ;)

Just send it, tell linde where you landed the trick/combo. I assume it's at the end so it shouldn't be that bad.
