i'd say defender. the defence is the beckbone of the team.

I'd say mid, because a mid can play both, and also controling th misfield is the key to winning a soccer game.

I wouldn't change formation mid-game, Thats stupid. I'd just tell my wingers to play defensively, and push my fullbacks up to cover the opposing wingers' runs from the get-go. Then I'd move a central midfield back to a sweeping position infront of the stopper.

i was just saying that you had 11 players in the field so your formation is impossible, you can only let 10 players play ;)

i would keep my defenders and go totally all out attack down the middle.
