I think it's kinda up to you on organizing,
pick a place where everyone can send you clips (sendspace.com or whatever you prefer)
On the clips title name we could put our (name/type of combo (upper,lower,sit)/length of clip) so you can look for particular things or certain fsers
And pick a date when everyone should have their clips in by so you have time to edit

(you should set a limit on the amount of clips each person can send so your not bombarded with clips :p)
