Here is my official media release for the AFFT's.

The Power Balance Australian Freestyle Football Titles will be held at the Urban Garden Amphitheatre in Federation Square, Melbourne on Saturday December 4 from Noon.
The Titles, now in their 2nd year, will staged in Melbourne for the first time after last year’s event in Sydney and Freestyle Football Australia boss Paul Harvey is delighted “To have the AFFT’s held at such an iconic venue is a major coup for our new sport and with the backing of our Title partner Power Balance, this year is going to be a huge event especially with the Prize on offer.” The prize he is referring to is that the winner of the Pro Title will be Australia’s representative on next year’s very 1st World Freestyle Football Championship Tour and that is a life changing experience for one Australian Freestyler.
The event itself will kick off at 11am with a Panna Football Tournament where any footballer can come along and play 1 on 1 in Australia’s only Panna Cage, they can also take the 100 Juggles Club Challenge and Trick Star Pros will be on hand with advice and tips. The Main Event gets underway at 1pm with the Australian Amateur Championships where the top amateurs from all over Australia will try and take down current champion Victoria’s LIS (Elias Oraha) and force their way into the Power Balance Australian Pro Titles which is currently held by Sydney’s Kane Edwards. The format for this 2010 Title has changed from ‘battles’ to a ‘show’ format. This is where each Freestyler choreographs a 90 second to 3 minute show to music which is then judged by expert judging panel. This format is more theatrical and allows the freestylers to really entertain the crowd which is what the sport is all about.
