I think its hard to compare players in different positions. Drogba plays a different role than Cronaldo. How can you compare that? I think Cronaldo had a better season than Drogba (even though i don't like the queer), but the season before Drogba did better than Cronaldo. Drogba relies on support from the players around him. If he's not getting the ball, its hard for him to do anything. Sometimes he does take the team on his shoulders and finish himself. Cech did keep a lot of clean sheets this season which also played a big role in keeping Chelsea in the title race, dont forget. And what about Terry? I don't know how they pick a player of the year. Unless of course its Zidane. Then its easy :banana:
