Yes I know what he means, but the way he said it sounded as though it doesn't matter if a rapist is on the loose as long as he doesn't come near you.  I assume he's not a rapist/pedophile but his actions are odd.

If he's interested then you take action by practicing yourself.  He's not gonna get the ability of anyone whose asshole he penetrates
