ATW
« on: Oct 29, 2010, 07:03: AM »
I can do the outside and inside ATW from a foot stall but when I try to do it while juggling I just can't get it. I have practiced it for 2 weeks straight now. When I kick it with my pinky toe it either rolls off or shoots sideways. When I kick it in the center I don't have enough time to get around or it's too high to get my foot over. Someone please help me. :/ I know I'm a  :sign0104: but I am having a very difficult time. Thanks! :039:

try putting slightly a bit more power when using your pinky.

i would train by letting drop the ball from your hands, let the ball touch the floor once, and then try do do atw before it hits the floor again.
It's much more effective because you can focus on the atw and not on juggling.

lmao haha
dude when i first tried to learn it i tried to just get the spin on the ball first. ur foot might not be able to come over cuz like ur knee hits it while ur going around, but if u get the spin right then ur close. after that its just about how well u can juggle and control the ball, if u have good control then u should be able to control the spin and get the ball a bit lower to get ur foot around. so practice juggling with control too
