AATW & Concecutive HATW
« on: Oct 24, 2010, 12:34: PM »
any tips for Aatw? I am horrible at the reverse crossover i dont understand why its so hard for me, i try practicing rco over and over and its always crap.

& for Hatw i can do them both feet but i cant get them together smooth, its like after one and the start of the other i loose all balance.

i had the same problem with aatw
i wasn´t able to do rco:(
then i practiced htw out/rhtw (with my weak foot) and rco became so easy
so i would advice u to practice htw out/rhtw first

For the hatws it is hard at the start as you are switching your body weight from one leg to the other, its just a matter of training them and the balance willl improve itself!
Also try lifting the ball abit higher on the Hatws giving you slightly more time to adjust and get ready for the next Hatw, not having to rush for the next one which can make you loose momentum and balance whilst doing hatws!

like of the most trick u have that a pause in the midle of the movement equal tatw am etc, in the 75% of rev cross movement you have that push a atw out is most easy but in is most stylish but is the same for the 2 .

For hatws: Concentrate on keeping the ball in the same area and you moving[not the ball moving to and from your foot]. Keep the ball spinning in a horizontal manner. That will help you keep the ball in the same place and not move in different directions.
