Yes, I stopped training in late 2009, is trained and returned to 1 month =D

I did Skatw easily when I stopped, it was harder to recover, and I was just struggling a little to do skmatw =D

imo it wastn clean at all. third revolution wasnt a revolution you just went under the ball without going around it.
