yeah i agree - never give up until you get it! heres some news for you to make you happier; ive been practicing since August. Havent gone past 4 sole juggles with both feet. Only using my left i get up to 3. Only using my right i get up to 5 only. But even though i suck at sole juggles, ive still got another year or so until i finally give up if i havent got it yet. Until then, ill just carry on trying. I MUST GET IT!!! DETERMINATION!!!!

ok this is how i practice them; i throw the ball up & try to hit one from each foot. But im having trouble in hitting them with my left foot. How can i improve my left foot? thanks

Sometimes I'm juggling only with my left foot which looks damn ugly but IMO it's useful...

fuck it i give up...havent gotten past 7 sole juggles yet so wtv..

Don't! More will come soon, just practise! ;)

But for like sole stall, its sooo frustrating! the ball won't stay at my feet! And then i watch these other vids of ppl keeping it on and then doing insane shit...frustrating..! i guess being determined would help lol

Find a small confined place where the ball will not roll far when you are learning it.
Then you can get a lot of attempts without having to keep standing up to get the ball.
I just kept trying to get 1 and 2 good sole juggles, then they started to feel much easier once I got used to them.
Then one day I ended up getting around 10 soles juggles and I then was confident and knew I could do them.
Basically I never do too many sits or sole juggle training and just do them from time to time to keep the handle.  I'm not a sit or sole master at all, but they are fun to do and I like to stay decent with them.
