First of all, his name is Tatsulow, not Tsatulow. Second, the name of the trick is just heel stall.
Please make an effort and learn the correct trick names and freestyler names too while you're at it, lol.

I wasn't talking about someone's skill level. When I say "serious freestyler" I mean someone who's serious enough about it so that he makes an effort to learn about the sports history, trick names, pioneers, etc.

Don't see this as some personal attack, because it's not, I just dislike it when people don't know the facts. I've seen quite a few fresh guys who more often than not have no idea about the history of freestyle, (real) trick names, etc. As Dr. Carl Sagan said: "You have to know the past to understand the present.". ;)

A perfect example is lots of people calling that trick "Spin Magic" and thinking JK invented it, when in fact it's called "Flicker" and JK saw it from Yasu and Gotts when they were in London.

well, i don´t want to start another discussion or something, but i wouldn´t define a serious freestyler as a person, who makes an effort to learn about trick names
even if it sounds gay, but in my opinion a serious freestyler is a person, whose heart belongs to freestyle and who loves to freestyle etc. and not a person, who studies every single fact in freestyle history
