well most of the community here trains lowers, sits/uppers are a bit easier to learn, so i say spend 45 minutes on lowers, then the rest of the time on uppers or sits and trade off daily, so one day is uppers then the next day its sits, train lowers everyday

keep hydrated too

Train with reps. Example: [atw-atw-co]X10 reps. Then move onto the next combo and so on.

-Don't break combos.
-Don't use crossovers to save combos.

have patience when training.
do what you think is possible
maybe at 1st 45 min of hard lower training will be enough for you. then as your fs progresses and you become more serious you'll be able to go long, maybe 2 hours or even more.
it depends on what kind of fser you want to be too. maybe you want to be a great sit fser or uppers, so you practice those more.
it's best that you have a goal to do before you practice.

I train lowers the whole session unless I get bored and I start doing sits but it's up to you, just go outside and do whatever you want.
