So originally I would do this trick right footed, but because of injury in my right eye, when ever I try it right footed I can't see the ball, So I decided to learn it weak footed (left)
I slowed down the catches on the video because that's where I believe I'm messing up, as of right now I can hold it for 2-4 seconds consistently, any tips on how to fix it would help
