Never mind the sh!tty lowers guys, I tried to practice them but it's really hard to get used to the weather. Well, bad excuse i guess. :embarrassed:

your lowers are improving! although maybe your atw style is holding you back from doing longer combos and without co. it seems harder the way you do it coz there's not much flow to them if you get me. you have quick legs when doing atws but your revolutions are a bit large. maybe reducing the size of your atw revolutions might help you have more flow?
IMO to really improve in lowers, you're gonna have to do like 2 hours lowers only training sessions to quickly improve. just a wee bit of advice :)
