A question i think is more interresting is: how do u practice?

Will a exact training plan affect the effect of the training or is it best to just practise for practice?

How do they do it? If i practice on a difficult trick or a combo i usually get tired (mentally) of practicing it if i don't get it and i often go back to it later.

And will a training plan help or not?

i set myself goals on things i wanna get, i usally write them down and work on it till i get it, and of course theres so much things to learn.. thats what makes it more worthwhile by taking your time, patience is the best word to describe hard work when it comes to freestyle. You can be a quick learner or slow learner eventually if you keep trying you will get what you want.

whoah... I thought you guys would practice longer...   :saywhat:
people like Philip WG or Oli practice so short lol.
I changed from everyday 2 hours a day to 6 days a week 3-4 hours a day. (that's ONLY for air combos!!!)
I practice another 1 hour for uppers and another hour for sits. so basically I'd say 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. totals up to 30 hours a week!!! wow... and I'm still not as good as oli or philip...  Don't Know
maybe it's coz of my weight... gotta lose it by going to the gym eh?
crap... I wasted so much time.........   :bang:

ahh... the only problem is I started really practicing like 2 months ago. but I started freestyle like a year back... crap... that's even worse. Imagine what I would be now if I did only 2 hours a day since then...   :bang:  :bang:  :bang:

"Matheson bases his descriptions of the death experience itself on studies by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross and Raymond Moody.[6] When reading these accounts, Matheson found that revived suicides told a much more frightening story than anyone else who had near death experiences."
