people like Philip WG or Oli practice so short lol.
I changed from everyday 2 hours a day to 6 days a week 3-4 hours a day. (that's ONLY for air combos!!!)
I practice another 1 hour for uppers and another hour for sits. so basically I'd say 5 hours a day, 6 days a week. totals up to 30 hours a week!!! wow... and I'm still not as good as oli or philip... Don't Know
maybe it's coz of my weight... gotta lose it by going to the gym eh? :lol:

ahh... the only problem is I started really practicing like 2 months ago. but I started freestyle like a year back... crap... that's even worse. Imagine what I would be now if I did only 2 hours a day since then...
