How much do u practice freestyle?

i practice for 20-30 minutes  once a week (i used to practice every day a few months ago, but i got bored of it, now i dedicate to football)

0-2 times a week, I usually freestyle for 2 hours.
I think I would've freestyled more if I had a good freestyle place right outside my door ... But no, the nearest place is 5-10 min away :/

Most of my practice is "theory" by sleeping, and thinking of new combos. Doesn't take much effort  :nopity:
