I'm sure the ex-Yu countries (Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina) would give Holland a good run for their money for that title.

I think it is important that we are talking about an average since we are grouping each country alone. That's why I said Russia..the average level in lowers seems to be alot higher than the average in [your example]Sweden.
Maybe that's because the lower level Russians don't make videos untill the achieve a higher level. Very good dissapline imo, but takes the fun out of it.

So,
There are approximately 4 weeks in every month. This is 5 months old... So, we take 4 (the approximate amount in every month) and multiply it by 5 (the amount of months this thread had been inactive.)
5x4=20.
20 largely exceeds the clearly specified 2-3  notice that is posted in the section "read before posting."

That rule only applies to threads that aren't subject to change.
