Need Help for SS Orbit

i am experiencing a hard time in trying to execute SS Orbit properly   :bang:
when i flick the ball up it sort of goes over my head instead of straight up...so i can always see it when i turn around
u can call a retarded version
so i basically need help with the flick and the timing
plz help me out here

try to think of atm when doing ss.orbit...use your shoulder to flick the ball up straight but do it as you being to move your head around the ball...(one motion)..dont try to flick the ball up then swing your head around it...
