Hey guys since I began freestyle last year I  started suffering from osgood slaters and I still have it till this day and it looks like its getting pretty bad,the lump is bigger then my knee cap so its pretty bad at the mo,it also stops me from training lowers cause it hurts like shit especially if I do a lemmons it really hurts,
any help?

You won't get rid of the damage until your legs stops groing fast. I've had it myself, and it's terrible. Wheter you're taking a break or not doesn't have influense on the damage. It won't get worse, nor better. You can try out some bands to have around the hurting area, like Petike.

yeh i do that too, it helps a little, not much, but atleast its better  :thumbsup:

I got it pretty bad but now I am at 18 i seem to deal with it.

It feels really weak at some points so i use a knee strap and it seems to help.

eh freestyle seems to be so bad for people our age
dont ever 100% stop lowers u will feel shit when u come back to them
just keep them going easy do stuff that doesnt hurt
just improve on everyhting u possibly can without pain

shti i have this problem too but i had mine b4 i started to fs....i just wear a knee support although knee supports over time actually weaken the muscle

You could also try physiotherapy, but it's expensive.

yeah but I wouldn't say you do hardcore lowers were the pain will come from.
