Manchester United vs Arsenal [P]
« on: Aug 25, 2009, 08:41: AM »
There playing on the 29th of August.

I think the result will be 2-1 to Arsenal.

United dont look the same since they've sold Ronaldo and i dont think Valencia will step it up against the big teams .

Will be a good one... these games never disappoint.  Remember that rotten old fuck from Arsenal having a go at Ruud a few years ago.  That was fun.

Twas interesting then and it'll be interesting now

Utd always suck balls in the first 5-10 games of the season and right now, nothing is getting in Arsenal's way. Gallas and Vermaelen have been exceptional at the back while the 4-3-3 has complimented their passing game. Their midfielders are running over and through any other teams and Fabregas is leading like a captain should. The midfielders are part of more goals (scoring and assists) then the strikers and Song is on form.
Meanwhile, Utd decision to sign owen hasnt paid off yet and Valencia seems to be 2nd best compared to Nani (thats just my opinion). Rooney is the only one that can scores goals because Berba rarely moves his ass around the field. Anderson seems to be the only player in the midfield that is doing well and their goalkeeper is fairly shaky.

Im no Utd fan and I definately want the Gunners to win this onw.

Arsenal 3-0 Man Utd

first goal between 0' - 20'
second between 45' - 75'
thrid between 80' - 90' (hopefully Eduardo gets on the scoresheet)

The top 4 teams used to shut Ronaldo down, what do you think they will do to a Valencia, Nani, Anderson or Rooney. Arsenal 3-1.

Will be a good one... these games never disappoint.  Remember that rotten old fuck from Arsenal having a go at Ruud a few years ago.  That was fun.

what games have you been watching for the last 5 years?
Sky and the Premier League try to brainwash everyone by saying that every match is an epic encounter of attacking flair and good 'ol british fast and furious physicality...
yet 80% of the matches between the big 4 are fucking terrible boring pieces of shit, usually 1-0 and with barely any good chances or good football played... At least if its Arsenal its a bit better coz they always try to play football... but if its chelsea god help us

i'm not going to lie, he's got a point. the quality of the matches really isn't that great, but they still make for good games to watch.

The scores are not always great but the games are entertaining.  The pace and physicality is almost always there.  Plus, there is a load of talent on the pitch.  The build up and anticipation helps as well.
