hmmm i understand tiernans point... this guy hasnt mastered any tricks he wanted to show in this competition so he shouldnt have entered at all. but also gustav has a point here: if you are very nervous while doing lps you can only improve by doing more lps. but of course you have to master the tricks you want to show.

I still have a question, how do we know that he doesnt master the tricks when he is training ?

i think you are long enough in the freestyle scene to be able to see if someone hasnt mastered his tricks or is just nervous. when you are a proper freestyler with good enough skills for a lp you should at least be able to show one atw even if you are nervous as hell.

I can provide an answer to this:
Do the trick everytime, even when he's tired, to test if he has master the trick perfectly. Then, try it in a 3 min "lp" with nobody there to make sure even more.
That's what I do to prepare for lps, and I think apparently that method worked.

if you know ur not that good.... or if ur nervous.... you shud start off with the easiest tricks first that you know for sure can land every time, 100% of the time.  then, you build on it from there slowly, and ur confidence grows.  i did LPs twice every day for the calgary stampede, one of the largest outdoor events in canada, and that helped me out quite a lot.

yea these guys did bad, but trust me, i've seen much worse here in canada for regional RBSS qualifiers haha.  just give them props for having the guts to go up and try their stuff.

oh and one more thing... i'm pretty sure all of u remember touzani's showing at the first MOTG freestyle comp?  remember how many times he dropped the ball on the simplest stuff?  see how good he is now?  exactly.

But at least he didn't drop the ball on ATWs at the start of the lp :O.
Nah just kidding, I'm agree with you. Give the guy more time really, as he said he has just been doing this for like half a year, so topheadstall is impressive enough.
The only thing i don't like is how he said the statement.
