osgood is very common with 13-15 year olds. if it hurts, DONT continue. i did and i broke the knee ligament that connex the knee to the upper shin[?]
but i did it with football, maybe if u just do atw's, htw's etc without bending or fast movements, u mite not break the ligament. just take it easy ;)

I think you should stretch before every training session you do, and before any exercise your doing. It seems your very injury prone, and its probably because you havent been stretching enough.

nah...ossgudschlatter doesent come from not stretching... it comes from growing...as lis said its common in guys between 13-15 years old. Usually u have this shit when you make sports with alot of knee impact + growing.

Maybe kinda oldschool advice, but goint to a doctor is the best imo.
