IMHO, people are making a huge fuss over JF doing anything that's more difficult than what an average freestyler can do.
Don't get me wrong, I like JF's freestyle very much, he's one of my favorite freestylers, but when he does something, some people are so amazed by it just because he's JF.

...and those uppers were out of this world !!!
A clear example of what I'm talking about. They were really good, but not even near "out of this world".

Personally, I hate the fact he stopped doing proper atm's and start doing those 1/4 atm's or whatever that is. He's way too good to not be doing proper ones. And when I say proper I mean going around the ball instead of just flicking the ball up and making a 3 inch move.

People have to start being more realistic and stop kissing each others asses.

P.S. The video was quite aaaaight, Oli had a few good moments.

haha it's funny how i guessed about the latw-latw in the previous topic :) Which isn't even that hard if you wear shorts imo. But anyway, some of his combos were really amazing.. but i don't understand why he'd put something like co-matw nt in there lol

P.S. Also notice, that his style on latw-latw sucked, and he hardly went around the ball on his second latw.

I think you mixed up freestylers. The perfect style you're talking about is Touzani. *drums*

On a more serious note... I never said that combo wasn't amazing or that he didn't do any good combos or that he isn't a good freestyler for that matter.
I just said that people go shit crazy about things that aren't that spectacular, just because JF did it. The latw-latw was the perfect example. He didn't even go around the ball on the second latw and these guys almost came in their shorts.

And IMO he doesn't have the perfect style & he tends to be too stiff at times, making him look kind off robotic. He does have a really good style, he look calm while doing tricks, but for me Touzani's closest to what I'd call a perfect style. Style, as many other things in freestyle football, isn't something universal, it depends on your personal liking.

Big fucking respect to John. Hes absolutely one of the best in the world, no doubt. But I have to agree with Miran Pirner. It is a big hullabaloo over JF when he doing stuff. But maybe he deserves it, he have after all, won some of the biggest freestyle tournament in the world, and yeah he have nice fucking style and creativity. But on the other hand, my skills are not so bad either, i want to say you guys should put more focus on me rather than John. Deal?

The reason why we are so impressed by johns lower combos is that he is the first one who combines the control-style of freestylers like mr. woo or dan magness with the combo style that for example palle has. You cant compare john with combo freestylers like Fx or skora. When u compare him to them its obvious to see that he isnt on the same level. but he is such a great performer and has the best control on anything he does so its reeally cool that he brings some hard lower shit into his shows or his videos. No other control freestyler could do this.
