i have met this pain 3 or 4 times, just take a break for about a month, then your muscle recovers and becomes stronger. after that, even your atws are improved.

yeah I had this injury from April-August.. It wasn't always painful, but very often :bang: Now it finally seems that it becomes better.. The only advice I can give you is to warm up propely, and don't push urself with tricks that hurts

Oh yeah, I forgot, warm up for like 10 minutes and stretch 10 minutes after freestyle too.

Take a break for about a month? Seriously, dude.. A month is waaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Rest a day TOPS 2. If you still have the pain take some pain killers or focus on doing tricks that dont give you pain simple as that. And no, resting for a month wont make your atws improve. Training your atws will make your atws improve.
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation
I was going to be there...but now I'm not going to be there

alternately, you may have pulled a glut (the top of it) or a muscle in your back
No, he definately hasn't pulled a glute.

No one here is a doctor. I think you should rest for about a week. If it doesn't help, visit a doctor :)

I don't actually get your point because it's hard to understand what you're trying to express. However, I guess you're trying to  tell him that the doctor would not help him. I've told he needed to rest for a week and go to a doctor in case it doesn't help. It's obvious that he needs a little break to see whether the problem is serious. I know that doctors tell shit about many things - I've had a problem with my groin and the bastard said that i should give up freestyle for about 6 months and then we'll se if it's better or not :D The problem went away after about a month but I hope there are some better doctors in the world than in my retarded country.

Btw, strengthening your back and mainly abdominal muscles helps a lot. If you are talking about low back pain, strengthen your low abs.
