Consecutive LATWs
« on: Aug 02, 2009, 12:30: AM »
Wanna help with this one. Lately I often almost do 2 LATWs , but in the best case, the last LATW is ground. Also, I get quite annoying low back pain from that. Any advices?

make the first latw really high to allow yourself more time for the second.

Thanks, but what about doing 3 and more?

Btw, I do inside LATWs.

I think that all is about the JUMP and FORCEs in legs.

I think about it very much, maybe even in my dreams. If I don't do the first LATW so fast, it should be easier to regain the control over my leg and continue doing LATWs, right? Or is this theory completely wrong?

prac latw-atw and atw-latw, when you get comfortable enough you will be able to get more. it all depends on speed and most importantly how close you keep the ball to your leg, the closer your leg is to the ball the less time it takes to go around it.

Thanks, I've already done ATW-LATW-ATW like twice, so I thought it's time to go to the other level.  ;)

Maybe the touch where you hit the ball? Personally I always think I hit the ball on the wrong place, because I suck at consecutive Latws..

I made this topic also for Ecuabol to express his feelings. It sucks he can't (or doesn't want to) help.

How could he help? The most important thing in freestyle - practice! I think Ecuabol will just repeat all last comments, because there is nothing to add ;)
