You basically got it man. Just several days of more practice and you'll got it. Try to concentrate on how to get the cross touch go up instead of sideways.  :popcorn:

try to do ur atw part a bit lower, so that u can get more 'power' to hit the ball up. ur first atw seemed quite high and its harder to hit the ball back up because naturally ur foot is going DOWN to the ground.

Try it doing juggling with bot feets and
you will see results positives .
