Another embarassing moment for the US(anyone seen the movie Bruno? oh no), going over the top with banners and insults. No banners for Donovan though, he is a hero as he was too shit to play in the 4th best league in the world so got sent home from Bayern.

Just saw the highlights.... looked like an interesting match.  Was Ronaldinho good or did the highlights just make him look that way?

Wish I hadn't wasted my time on the Inter Milan vs America game instead.

sure, and in the end, you can't penalize him for something he didn't do. i fully understand why the galaxy fans are angry w/david beckham. whether it was the mls's fault, milan's fault, or beckham's would be, imo, irrelevant to them. it's still pretty fucked up.

Donovan didn't do it because he couldn't....If he had done it and had the success Bekcham had at Milan he would have come back as a hero. The Galaxy fans, and the US public in general, didn't know how to react so just reacted in the way they thought they should as "soccer" fans. They have literally thought how Italian, Spanish or English fans might have reacted and then tried to do it themselves and go it all wrong....almost as embarassing as George Bush and the Bruno film was for you guys...chin up US.
