I put in bold the players you should get rid of the put in Itlaic the players you should promote.
Surely you are going with flair, pace and age for a team in real life it's fantastic unlike these other guys who want the best players to all play together which would cause serious concerns (Morale, wages, selfishness, spotlight hogging etc)

I applaud your authenticity and realistic-ness over the all-star fantasies all the other folks are stuck in
