Nah man.Either put it in your checked in bag or but it in the carry on bag.Dont carry it in you hand or they might take it(happened to me in Spain) or might deflate it which happened to me when i flew to cairns last week!

I've traveled by plane with a normally inflated ball multiple times.  Just leave it in your carry on bag, inflated as normal and nothing will happen.

I've done it 5-6 times and when I just leave it in the bag, they never say anything when it goes through screening and nothing is different with the ball after you land :thumbsup:

Put it in hand lugage, the cabin where you sit is the same pressurized so nothing will happen to it.
